Jawan Takes Over Day 1 Box Office: Movie Starring Shah Rukh Khan Earns Over $10 Million in One Day!
Shah Rukh Khan is ready to stir up yet another storm with his most recent movie, Jawan, after earlier this year’s Pathaan caused a stir at the box office. Fans have been impatiently waiting for the movie to open in theaters, making it one of the most anticipated movies of the year.
The commercial drama directed by Atlee Kumar is scheduled for release on September 7. Advance ticket sales for the movie began yesterday, and in only one day, they had sold out. It seems that the celebrity is surpassing his Pathaan record with his most recent movie.
According to reports, Jawan has surpassed the Rs 10 crore revenue mark and sold close to 3 lakh seats via pre booking sales. It’s important to note that yesterday’s opening-day ticket sales for the Shah Rukh Khan movie totaled more than 40,00. Up to Rs 2,400 is being charged for the tickets. Now, there are just 5 more days till the movie starring SRK has its advance ticket sales determined.
A day after the festivities at Burj Khalifa in Dubai, advance reservations for Atlee Kumar’s movie began. SRK was informed at the occasion that a fan and his family had scheduled a whole restaurant to meet him and experience the magic of “Jawan’s” trailer at the highest skyscraper in Dubai.
SRK was moved by the gesture and said, “Keep the food ready… He waved at them and said, “I’ll be there soon. “Also some damp towels. I must cleanse myself, kindly. I’ve informed everyone today that it’s quite warm inside this red jacket. God bless you everybody, I really appreciate it,” he said.
Jawan, which is directed by Atlee, also has a large ensemble cast that includes, among others, Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathy, Sunil Grover, Ridhi Dogra, Sanya Malhotra, Yogi Babu, and Priyamani. Injustices in society are addressed by a guy in the film with the help of women. Deepika Padukone, Sanjay Dutt, and Thalapathy Vijay will also make brief cameos in the movie.
